Cancellation
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. I kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• 48+ hours notice: No charge
• Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged
• No-shows: 90% of the scheduled service will be charged
•. I do not offer refunds, however, I do offer adjustments to your service 5 days after a service is performed.
I absolutely understand that life happens, but please be mindful that last-minute changes or no-shows impact my schedule and other clients. Thank you for your understanding and respect for both of our time.
